These terms govern your use of Timepoint AI services, including the website at timepointai.com, the web application at app.timepointai.com, and related APIs.
Timepoint AI provides temporal intelligence tools including Timepoint Flash (historical rendering), Timepoint Pro (future simulation), and the Clockchain (causal graph storage). The hosted services are provided "as is" during our alpha period.
Timepoint Flash, Pro, and related tools are released under the Apache 2.0 license. Self-hosted usage is governed by that license, not these terms. These terms apply only to our hosted services.
You agree not to:
Timepoint simulations are AI-generated approximations. Historical renders aim for accuracy through source verification and critique loops, but are not guaranteed to be factually complete. Future simulations are probabilistic scenarios, not predictions. Confidence scores indicate internal model coherence, not ground truth.
You retain ownership of your inputs (queries, configurations, custom templates). Simulation outputs generated by the hosted service may be used freely. The Clockchain is a shared public good — nodes contributed to the public graph are available to all users.
API access is subject to rate limits. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for abuse or excessive usage during the alpha period.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Simulation queries submitted to hosted services may be logged for quality improvement. Self-hosted instances transmit no data to us.
Timepoint AI is provided as-is during the alpha period. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall Timepoint AI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Data deletion requests are handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
