These terms govern your use of Timepoint AI services, including the website at timepointai.com, the web application at app.timepointai.com, the Skip Meetings product at skipmeetings.com, the iOS app, and the APIs at api.timepointai.com, flash.timepointai.com, pro.timepointai.com, clockchain.timepointai.com, and billing.timepointai.com.
Timepoint AI is a Synthetic Time Travel platform. We provide:

Timepoint Flash, the Clockchain, the TDF schema, SNAG-Bench, Proteus, and the MCP server are released under the Apache 2.0 license. Self-hosted usage is governed by that license, not these terms. These terms apply only to our hosted services. Timepoint Pro — along with the Pro Cloud SNAG runner and entity-grounding components — is proprietary and closed source, and is offered only as a hosted service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You may sign in via Google, Apple, GitHub, or password.
You agree not to:
Most hosted features are metered in credits. Credit balances and a free pre-authentication tier are documented in the app. Credits are purchased via Stripe (web) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). Find Money runs consume credits per opportunity quick-sim and per Pro Cloud deep-sim; image generation and chat are metered per call.
Credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Refunds for unused credits may be requested by emailing billing@timepointai.com and are granted at our discretion. App Store and Stripe each have their own refund policies; we honor those where applicable.
All Timepoint output is AI-generated approximation. Historical renders aim for accuracy through source verification and critique loops, but are not guaranteed factually complete. Pro Cloud SNAG futures are probabilistic scenarios, not predictions. Find Money results (opportunities, fit scores, probability-of-award estimates) are simulation output — not legal, financial, grant-writing, fundraising, or investment advice. Character chat is fictional dialog. Skip Meetings previews are speculative, not transcripts.
Confidence scores indicate internal model coherence, not ground truth. Do not rely on output for legally significant decisions; consult a qualified professional.
The entity-grounding system enriches references to real people, organizations, and places with publicly available data (web search, X/Twitter API, prior Clockchain nodes). You agree to use grounded entities responsibly. We may decline to ground or generate content involving specific entities at our discretion, including in response to takedown requests from individuals or rights-holders.
You retain ownership of your inputs (queries, goals, character chat messages, agency client data, custom templates). Output generated by the hosted service may be used freely, subject to acceptable use. The Clockchain is a shared public good — nodes you contribute to the public graph are available to other users under an Apache-2.0-style permissive license. Private timepoints stay private.
The Timepoint AI brand, the Pro Cloud SNAG runner, and proprietary grounding components remain our property. Skip Meetings, Timepoint Flash, Timepoint Pro, and Clockchain trademarks belong to Timepoint AI.
If you believe content in the public Clockchain or in shared candy-portfolio tokens infringes your rights or depicts you inappropriately, email legal@timepointai.com with the share URL or node ID and a description of the issue. We respond to valid DMCA notices and good-faith takedown requests.
API access is subject to rate limits and credit metering at the Gateway. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom limits. The MCP endpoint at clockchain.timepointai.com/mcp/ is provided for AI agents and developer tooling under the same acceptable-use policy. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for abuse, excessive usage, or violation of acceptable use.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Simulation queries, Find Money runs, character chat history, and generated images submitted to the hosted service are stored against your account so you can revisit them. Self-hosted instances transmit no data to us.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, for legal reasons, or in response to abuse. You may stop using the services or delete your account at any time. Data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Timepoint AI is provided as-is during the alpha period. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or the truthfulness of simulation output. In no event shall Timepoint AI be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100 if greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timepoint AI from claims arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights through content you submit, generate, or share.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website or in-app notification.
