Simulated scenario
1969 flight readiness: go, slip or swap?
The goal Win a go decision with all four roles signed, a dated test plan and a rehearsed abort path.

The situation
Six days before launch, a check of the descent propulsion system returns a pressure reading out of range. Engineers think it is a sensor fault, but nobody can prove it before the window closes. The review board sits in a windowless room with a stack of test logs. You are the mission director. With the room, you decide whether to fly on schedule, slip the launch to re-test, or swap the hardware. The guidance lead wants the spare unit fitted and tested. The propulsion lead wants a cold-flow test of the valve first. The flight surgeon will not accept an abort path that has not been rehearsed. The flight director wants the date kept if the data allows it. The next window is three weeks away. Talk alone will not clear a launch; a rehearsed abort, a test plan with hours on it and a fallback dat…

How scoring works
You have 8 turns. You win by bringing the table to at least 72% support. Your points come from how much of the table you bring around, with each person counted by how much their view carries. Each turn you say one thing. The table moves on what you say; reach 72% to win. Every turn is re-checked from the moves you made, so the score can be reproduced.
A limited number of turns are free. After that, each turn costs credits. The game shows what you have left before you spend anything.
