The situation
It is review season. You have shipped the redesign that cut support tickets by a third, trained two new hires, and quietly turned down a recruiter's offer 18 percent above your pay. Your manager likes your work but says budgets are tight. The people partner protects the salary bands. The department director signs anything above band. You get one meeting with all three. Last year a colleague asked for a raise on the strength of effort and got a warm speech and nothing else. This year the company reports its best quarter in three years, and the director has said publicly that retention matters. You know your market rate, and you know what you could offer in return. Talk alone will not move anyone; evidence, a concrete number and something you will do in return will.

How scoring works
You have 8 turns. You win by bringing the table to at least 68% support. Your points come from how much of the table you bring around, with each person counted by how much their view carries. Each turn you say one thing. The table moves on what you say; reach 68% to win. Every turn is re-checked from the moves you made, so the score can be reproduced.
A limited number of turns are free. After that, each turn costs credits. The game shows what you have left before you spend anything.
