The situation
A hospice family room, Tuesday evening. The patient, seventy-one, has stopped eating and sleeps most of the day. Her oncologist has offered one more round of a trial drug. It might add weeks, and its side effects could make those weeks hard. Her husband wants every option tried and says so. Her daughter holds power of attorney and has not slept properly since admission. The oncologist believes the trial is a fair chance. The hospice nurse lead has watched patients lose their last good days to treatment and wants comfort care started tonight. You chair the meeting. Nobody will decide in front of the team until each person hears their own worry named. You win when the family agrees a seven-day plan with a review date and a clear rule for stopping. Each turn you say one thing. The table move…

How scoring works
You have 8 turns. You win by bringing the table to at least 68% support. Your points come from how much of the table you bring around, with each person counted by how much their view carries. Each turn you say one thing. The table moves on what you say; reach 68% to win. Every turn is re-checked from the moves you made, so the score can be reproduced.
A limited number of turns are free. After that, each turn costs credits. The game shows what you have left before you spend anything.
