The situation

Monday, 6:40 a.m. The hospital's main supplier of a common IV antibiotic has recalled one batch line. Pharmacy has eleven days of stock on the affected line. A second supplier can deliver, but charges 22 percent more per dose and has limited capacity. The board meets at eight and you chair it. The chief pharmacist wants the recalled plant out of the rota until its records are audited. The CFO will see the budget overrun and asks for a cap. Nursing needs a guarantee that no ward runs dry. The quality chair wants a written decision record she can show the regulator. You need one resolution all four sign before the first ward round. Talk alone will not move a board; an audit trail, a stock floor and a budget cap will.

What the simulation expects

No read yet for this simulation.

This is the simulation’s read, not a forecast that it is right.

How scoring works

You have 8 turns. You win by bringing the table to at least 68% support. Your points come from how much of the table you bring around, with each person counted by how much their view carries. Each turn you say one thing. The table moves on what you say; reach 68% to win. Every turn is re-checked from the moves you made, so the score can be reproduced.

A limited number of turns are free. After that, each turn costs credits. The game shows what you have left before you spend anything.
