The situation
It is six o'clock on a Friday. The boiler in your flat has been dead for nine days, and the building has two children and an elderly neighbour without heat. The landlord says the part is on order and the cost is the contractor's problem. The property manager wants the repair logged without any concession. The contractor can come Monday if someone confirms the part and pays a call-out deposit. The tenants' association rep lives downstairs and is on the call; she will back whatever is fair. You have one call tonight, then the council housing line. The landlord has promised dates before and missed them. Talk alone will not get a boiler fixed; a dated schedule, a rent credit and a written remedy will.

How scoring works
You have 8 turns. You win by bringing the table to at least 65% support. Your points come from how much of the table you bring around, with each person counted by how much their view carries. Each turn you say one thing. The table moves on what you say; reach 65% to win. Every turn is re-checked from the moves you made, so the score can be reproduced.
A limited number of turns are free. After that, each turn costs credits. The game shows what you have left before you spend anything.
