Simulated scenario
Security Council: renew the CAR mission by 15 November
Win a draft that passes with no veto, setting the mandate length, the force size and handover benchmarks. A simulation, not a prediction.

The situation
The UN peacekeeping mission in the Central African Republic, MINUSCA, expires on 15 November unless the Security Council renews it. Last year the Council renewed it for one year by 14 votes to none after a push for only six months, and the war in Sudan is now spilling over the border. You hold the pen on the draft. A permanent member wants a shorter, cheaper mission and may abstain or worse. An African elected member wants the full mandate kept while violence rises. The host government's envoy wants a timetable to take over security. An elected member that sends troops wants its soldiers protected and paid. You win when all four back one text with a length, a force size and handover benchmarks. Each turn you say one thing. The table moves on what you say; reach the win line to win.

How scoring works
You have 8 turns. You win by bringing the table to at least 70% support. Your points come from how much of the table you bring around, with each person counted by how much their view carries. Each turn you say one thing. The table moves on what you say; reach 70% to win. Every turn is re-checked from the moves you made, so the score can be reproduced.
A limited number of turns are free. After that, each turn costs credits. The game shows what you have left before you spend anything.
